Overview
At TechInDesigns, we operate with a quality-first mindset, delivering creative and technical solutions that align with each client’s strategic vision. As a digital design studio, our services—including branding, UI/UX, website design, website development, and other creative assets—are custom-produced and delivered electronically. Because each engagement is bespoke, we maintain a clearly defined refund and returns framework to ensure transparency and mutual clarity throughout the project lifecycle.
1. Nature of Services
TechInDesigns provides intangible, custom-built digital deliverables, including but not limited to:
- Brand identity design
- Logo design
- Website UI/UX design
- Website development
- Creative digital assets
- Social media design kits
- Design consultation services
- Content & strategy support
These services are non-returnable once delivered due to their digital and personalized nature.
2. Refund Eligibility
Refunds may be considered only under specific conditions:
2.1 Before Project Kick-off
A full refund is available only if no work has started and no resources have been allocated. Once the project has entered the planning or design phase, refunds are no longer applicable.
2.2 After Initial Concepts
Once initial concepts, drafts, wireframes, or design assets have been shared, the project is considered “in progress,” and refunds cannot be issued. Time, effort, and creative resources are already invested at this stage.
2.3 Development Projects
For web development deliverables:
Once staging environments, functional modules, or integrated components have been deployed, no refunds are granted. Development work is executed incrementally and cannot be reversed or “returned.”
3. Revision Rounds
All projects include an agreed-upon number of revisions, outlined in the project proposal or contract. If a client requests revisions beyond the included limit, additional charges will apply. Revision dissatisfaction does not qualify for a refund.
4. Project Cancellation by Client
If a client chooses to cancel the project:
- Work completed up to the cancellation point will be billed in full.
- Any pending balance must be cleared before releasing files, source code, or brand assets.
- No partial refunds are available for completed phases.
5. Project Pauses & Non-Response
Projects may be paused upon request for up to 30 days. After 30 days of no client response:
- The project is automatically marked as closed.
- No refunds are provided for inactive or abandoned projects.
- Restarting the project may require a new quotation based on scope at the time of reactivation.
6. Delivery of Final Files
Once final files (designs, source files, website access, etc.) are delivered:
- The project is considered complete.
- No refunds will be issued under any circumstance.
- Any post-delivery adjustments fall under maintenance, support, or a new service request.
7. Digital Products (Templates, Kits, Downloads)
If TechInDesigns offers digital products such as templates, downloadable packs, or design kits:
- All digital goods are non-refundable due to their instant-access nature.
- Refunds will not be issued for incorrect purchases, change of mind, or incompatibility.
8. Quality Assurance
We commit to delivering work that aligns with the defined scope, objectives, and industry standards. If a client identifies an error caused by our team (e.g., broken link, formatting issue, minor corrections):
- We will resolve it at no additional cost.
- This does not constitute grounds for a refund.
9. Chargebacks
TechInDesigns maintains a strict zero-tolerance policy for unjustified chargebacks.
In the event of a chargeback:
- All project rights, licenses, and deliverables—past and pending—are voided.
- Legal action may be pursued to recover the outstanding amount, including administrative fees.
